1. Definitions

"Leadarah" refers to our lead generation business and platform.

"Client", "you", or "your" refers to businesses or individuals using our Services.

"Leads" means potential customer contact information, generated or delivered through our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use Leadarah’s Services, you must be:

At least 18 years old

Legally capable of entering into binding contracts

Using the Services for business/commercial purposes (not personal/consumer use)

3. Services Provided

Leadarah provides:

Targeted lead generation

Campaign setup and optimization

Lead delivery via integrations or manual export

Optional CRM support, appointment setting, or email campaigns (where applicable)

Leadarah does not guarantee conversions, sales, or specific lead performance metrics unless explicitly outlined in a signed agreement.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

Misuse the leads for spamming or unlawful activity

Resell or redistribute leads without written permission

Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or scrape our system or data

Violate any applicable laws (including privacy and data protection laws)

5. Lead Delivery and Accuracy

Leads are provided on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, Leadarah does not guarantee that every lead will result in contact, engagement, or conversion.

Lead replacement policies may apply and are outlined in your individual service agreement.

6. Payments and Billing

All fees are disclosed in advance and billed either on a per-lead, monthly, or campaign basis.

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and processes used by Leadarah remain the sole property of Leadarah. You may not use our brand or proprietary methods without express written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with Australian and international data protection laws where applicable.

9. Termination

Leadarah reserves the right to terminate your access at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Services “as is” and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for any lost revenue or damages resulting from lead use or platform access.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadarah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Melbourne, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
